摘　　要：随着医院新型医疗服务模式在支付渠道方面的多点应用,原有以人工为主的对账方式已不适应医院财务管理的需要。为更好地整合资源、提高工作效率,某三甲医院将多支付渠道的交易数据通过网络进行集中管理和调配,最终构建起能够支持多系统、多渠道、多银行、多院区的综合对账平台,实现收费、退费数据的全面监管。该平台的建立和应用提高了工作效率,减少了资金监管成本,进一步提升了医院的信息化管理水平和服务质量。With the multi-point application of the hospital’s new medical service model in payment channels, the original manual-based reconciliation method no longer meets the needs of hospital financial management. In order to better integrate resources and improve work efficiency, a Grade Ⅲ Level A hospital has centralized management and deployment of transaction data of multiple payment channels through the network, and finally built a comprehensive reconciliation that can support multiple systems, multiple channels, multiple banks, and multiple hospitals. The platform realizes the comprehensive supervision of charging and refunding data. The establishment and application of this platform has improved work efficiency, reduced the cost of capital supervision, and further improved the hospital’s information management level and service quality.
