摘  要:目的:识别分析医生工作负荷的主要利益相关者,为医生工作负荷提出优化策略。方法:基于利益相关者理论,从"双向影响"和"拥有相关利益"确定工作负荷的利益相关者,分析各利益相关者的目标、资源、利益关联程度、立场。结果:医生工作负荷的主要利益相关者包括医生、患者、护士、医生助理、医院及管理者、卫生行政管理部门和中国医师协会。结论:基于各利益相关者的利益诉求,提出4点优化建议:重组医生工作任务,优化工作流程、提高医生情绪智力,调整精神工作负荷、完善团队支持结构,提高团队合作的效率和质量、内外部协调配合,为优化医生工作负荷提供支持。Objective: To identify and analyze the main stakeholders of doctors’ workload, and propose strategies for optimizing doctors’ workload. Methods: Based on Stakeholders Theory, it determines the stakeholders for workload from ’two-way influence’ and ’ownership of related interests’, and analyzes the goals, resources, degree of interest connection, and position of each stakeholder. Results: The main stakeholders of doctors’ workload include doctors, patients, nurses, doctor assistants, hospitals and their managers, health administration departments, and the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Conclusion: Based on the interests of various stakeholders, four suggestions are put forward. First, it needs to reorganize the work tasks of the doctor and optimize the work process. Second, it is important to improve the emotional intelligence of doctors and adjust the mental workload. Third, the hospital is supposed to improve the team support structure and the efficiency and quality of teamwork. The last is to strengthen internal and external coordination.
