摘  要:目的:了解当前疫情防控常态下武汉市公立医院医生的工作压力现状,分析其影响因素,为医院管理决策和减轻医生工作压力提供建议。方法:采用医生工作压力源量表,对武汉市6所公立医院的医生进行抽样问卷调查。结果:获得有效样本量222份;武汉市公立医院医生的工作压力源均分为2.70±0.47,位于前三位的医生工作压力源分别是外部环境(3.03±0.74)、工作负荷(2.98±0.70)和职业发展(2.78±0.75)。结论:当前疫情防控常态下,外部环境、工作负荷和职业发展等因素给医生带来了较大的压力,需根据不同人群、不同条件加以干预以减轻医生工作压力,为打赢疫情防控阻击战提供相关保障。Objective: To understand the current situation of the working pressure of doctors in Wuhan public hospitals under the situation of COVID-19 prevention and control, and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide suggestions for hospital management decision-making and reducing working pressure of doctors. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among doctors in 6 hospitals by using the doctors’ work stressors scale.Results: A total of 222 valid samples were obtained. The work stressors average score of public doctors was 2.70±0.47, and the top three work stressors are external environment(3.03±0.74), workload(2.98±0.70) and career development(2.78±0.75).Conclusion: In the context of the ongoing epidemic, doctors are under great pressure from the workload and career development. Intervention should be taken according to different groups and conditions to reduce the pressure on doctors and provide relevant guarantees for winning the epidemic prevention and control battle.
