武汉协和京山医院四级医共体医院建设实践与成效分析

摘　　要：通过总结华中科技大学协和京山医院医共体建设模式,分析其取得的成效,为进一步推动医共体建设提供科学依据。武汉协和京山医院医共体典型做法是领导高度重视,做好顶层设计;搭建智慧医疗平台,信息同质化管理;建立远程会诊中心,进一步整合医疗资源;县域龙头医院对基层医院业务进行全方位指导;建立武汉协和医院-县域龙头医院-乡镇卫生院-村卫生室的四级双向转诊联动机制。这些举措促使京山市基层医疗机构服务能力显著提升,基层首诊得到保障;信息化助力提升医疗服务质量,增强公共卫生服务能力;优化资源配置,提高服务效率;双向转诊流程规范,分级诊疗逐步建立。By summarizing the construction model of the Medical Community of Jingshan Union Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and analyzing its results, it provides a scientific basis for further promoting the construction of the Medical Community. The typical practice of the Medical Community of Wuhan Xiehe Jingshan Hospital is that leaders attach great importance to top-level design;build a smart medical platform for information homogenization management;establish a remote consultation center to further integrate medical resources;countylevel leading hospitals conduct all-round operations of primary hospitals Guidance;to establish a four levels two-way referral linkage mechanism of Wuhan Union Hospital-county leading hospital-township health center-village clinic.These measures have led to a significant improvement in the service capabilities of basic medical institutions in Jingshan City, and the first consultation at the basic level has been guaranteed;informatization has helped improve the quality of medical services and strengthened public health service capabilities;optimized resource allocation and improved service efficiency;standardized two-way referral procedures, and gradually graded diagnosis and treatment establish.
