摘  要:推行改善医疗服务,建立以患者需求为导向的门诊服务模式将有效提高患者的诊疗效率,提升患者就医体验。首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院结合自身现状,持续落实改善医疗服务工作要求,通过优化门诊服务流程、加强智慧门诊服务建设、提升门诊质量服务能力等系列工作,推进门诊服务模式优化创新,探索构建公立医院高质量发展门诊管理新体系,为建立健全现代医院门诊管理制度提供实践经验。The promotion of medical services and the establishment of an outpatient service model oriented to satisfaction in seeking medical treatment. Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University persists in implementing the requirements for improving medical services based on its own situation. By means of a series of work such as optimizing outpatient service processes, strengthening the construction of wisdom outpatient services,and improving outpatient quality service capabilities, it promotes the optimization and innovation of outpatient service models. The hospital explores the construction of a high-quality outpatient management system in public institutions in order to provide practical experience for the establishment and improvement of a modern hospital outpatient management system in China.
