摘　　要：Treacher Collins综合征为一种不完全型的下颌面骨发育不全综合征,临床上其畸形表现不一,但大多伴有不同程度的传导性耳聋,对此类患儿的早期听力重建尤其重要。以往通过BAHA植入改善听力可取得良好效果,如今随着越来越多种类的骨导助听装置应用于临床,此类综合征患儿有了更多选择。本文通过查阅相关文献资料,总结了近年来应用较多的骨导助听装置的特点及研究进展,以期为该综合征患儿的听力重建临床实践提供最新动态。Treacher Collins syndrome is an incomplete type of mandible facial bone hypoplasia syndrome,with different clinical manifestations of deformity,but most of them are accompanied by conductive deafness of different degrees,which is particularly important for the early hearing reconstruction of such children.In the past,the hearing was often improved and achieved good results through the implantation of BAHA.Now,with more and more kinds of bone-conduction hearing devices available in clinical,children with such syndrome have more options.Based on literature review,this paper summarizes the characteristics and research progress of bone conduction hearing aids which are widely used in the market in recent years,in order to provide the latest trends for the clinical practice of hearing reconstruction in children with this syndrome.
