摘 要:目的探讨心理健康支持系统对2~3岁听障儿童干预后的影响。方法2017年9月~2020年9月在本院耳鼻喉科随访的听障患儿90例作为研究对象,根据随机原则把患儿分为支持组与对照组各45例。对照组给予护理宣教等常规指导,支持组在对照组基础上给予心理健康支持,观察时间3个月,调查与记录患儿干预后情况。结果干预后支持组的听觉评估、语音清晰度、主题对话、看图说话、听话演示、模仿句长等方面评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。支持组的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(χ^(2)=4.406,P=0.036<0.05),经秩和检验分析,不同效果间具有显著差异。干预后支持组的听力曲线类型(高频下降型、低频下降型、平坦下降型和全聋型)与对照组对比显著差异(P<0.05)。支持组在500、1000、2000、4000 Hz频率刺激下的听阈均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理健康支持系统应用于2~3岁听障儿童能改善听觉言语能力,提高患儿的声导抗指数与听阈。Objective To explore the effects of the mental health support system on the prognosis of children with hearing impairment of 2-3 years old.Methods From September 2017 to September 2020,90 children with hearing impairment who were followed up in the otolaryngology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.All the cases were randomly divided into a support group and control group with 45 cases each groups.The control group was given conventional training and the support group were given mental health support training based on the control group.The training observation time of the two groups were 3 months,and the prognosis of the children were studied.Results The scores of auditory assessment,speech intelligibility,topic dialogue,picture speaking,obedient presentation,and sentence length imitation in the support group after significantly were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the support group were 93.3%,higher than the control group's 77.78%(P<0.05).The type of hearing curve(high-frequency drop,low-frequency drop,flat drop and total deafness)in the support group after training were significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).After training,the hearing thresholds of the support group under the stimulation of 500,1000,2000 and 4000 Hz were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the mental health support system in children with hearing impairment from 2~3 years old can improve hearing and auditory speech ability,and improve the acoustic immittance index and hearing thresholds of the children.
