摘 要:参与主体的利益分配影响着电力联合外送系统运营的可持续性,而外送系统中电力电量的配置结果决定其经济与社会效益水平。在考虑外送系统参与主体的利益诉求下,提出了风光火联合外送两阶段运营优化模型。首先分析不同电源的利益冲突,以厂商发电利润最大构建电量分配模型,并求得均衡发电利润;然后考虑输电的经济和社会效益,以购电成本最小和可再生电力外送最大构建电力分配模型,将均衡利润改成厂商盈利保证约束,通过综合发电层与输电层的利益考量,实现联合外送系统的优化调度;最后,通过算例分析求得电力电量及利润分配结果,并探讨电量分解方式和盈利保证约束的影响及作用,结果显示该模型能在保障参与主体利益分配均衡的情况下促进可再生能源消纳。The benefit distribution of the participants affects the sustainability of the operation of the power combined transmission system,and the allocation of electricity in the transmission system determines the level of economic and social benefits.Considering the interest demands of the participants in the delivery system,this paper puts forward a two-stage operation optimization model.Firstly,the conflict of interest of different power sources is analyzed,the power distribution model is constructed based on the maximum profit of power generators,and the balanced generation profit is obtained.Secondly,the economic and social benefits of transmission are considered and the power distribution model is constructed based on the minimum power purchase cost and the maximum outbound transmission of renewable power,and the balanced profit is changed into the generator's profit guarantee constraint.And by considering the interests of the generation layer and the transmission layer,the optimal dispatching of the combined transmission system is realized.Finally,through the case study,the results of electricity quantity and profit distribution are explored,and the effects of electricity decomposition and profit guarantee constraints are discussed.The results show that the model can promote the consumption of renewable energy while ensuring the balanced distribution of the interests of the participants.
