摘  要:电动汽车是环境可持续性和弹性基础设施不可或缺的组成部分。电动汽车的成功普及需要客户与负载服务实体、适应性能源市场和技术进步之间紧密耦合。通过使用连续和离散充电速率的日前静态和实时动态框架,以减轻车辆充电引起的配电线路过载,提出的解决方案侧重于填谷(系统角度)和降低充电成本(客户角度)。利用移动视界优化技术实现了实时求解,讨论了固定和分时电价方案对系统和个体最优的影响。根据全国家庭旅行调查数据库中记录的驾驶行为数据,对所提出的优化策略进行了求解并得到结论:根据客户的驾驶需求,结合最合适的电价组合可以保障所有客户的利益。Electric vehicles are an integral component of an environmentally sustainable and resilient infrastructure.Successful penetration of electric vehicles requires close coupling between the customers and load serving entities,adaptive energy markets and technological advancements.This paper uses the day-ahead static and real-time dynamic framework of continuous and discrete charging rates to reduce the overload of distribution lines caused by vehicle charging.The proposed solution focuses on filling valleys(system perspective)and reducing charging costs(customer perspective).The real-time solution is achieved by using moving horizon optimization technique,and the influence of fixed and time-of-use electricity price schemes on system and individual optimization is discussed.According to the driving behavior data recorded in the national family travel survey database,the proposed optimization strategy is solved and the conclusion is reached:meeting the driving needs of customers combined with the most suitable electricity price can protect the interests of all customers.
