摘　　要：目的利用R语言对门诊药师季度考核的数据进行分析,促进门诊药师队伍的精细化管理。方法分别收集2019年第1~3季度门诊药房药师的季度考核成绩,利用R语言进行箱线图、直方图、核密度图、QQ图等可视化分析。结果门诊药房药师季度考核成绩稳步提升,药师整体综合素质和服务能力明显提高。结论通过R语言的可视化作图来分析门诊药师的季度考核成绩,可进一步加强门诊药师队伍的管理,促进药师专业素质的提升。OBJECTIVE To analyze the quarterly assessment data of outpatient pharmacists based on R language,to promote the refined management of the outpatient pharmacist team.METHODS Collected the quarterly assessment results of outpatient pharmacists in the first,second,and third quarters in 2019,and used the R language to perform visual analysis such as box plots,histograms,nuclear density maps,QQ maps,etc.RESULTS The quarterly assessment results of outpatient pharmacists had been steadily improved,and the overall quality and service capabilities of pharmacists improved significantly.CONCLUSION Analyzing the quarterly assessment results of outpatient pharmacists through visual mapping in R language can further strengthen the management of the outpatient pharmacist team and promote the improvement of the professional quality of pharmacists.
