摘 要:为了研究高速精密无心磨床砂轮主轴高速旋转工况下的性能,在热—力耦合作用对砂轮主轴影响的基础上对砂轮主轴进行了热动态特性分析。以贵州某机械厂生产的HFC-1808T高速精密无心磨床砂轮主轴为研究对象,用Solidworks对其进行三维建模,通过有限元软件ANSYS Workbench仿真得到了砂轮主轴在1500 r/min时的稳态温度场,用顺序耦合方法,对其进行了热—力耦合效应下的热变形分析;然后在热—力耦合效应下对砂轮主轴进行了热态及动态特性分析,得到砂轮主轴的热变形、前6阶固有频率、振型和临界转速等参数,找到了砂轮主轴的薄弱位置,为砂轮主轴的优化提供了理论依据。In order to study the performance of grinding wheel spindle of high speed precision centerless grinder under high speed rotation condition,Based on the influence of thermal-mechanical coupling on the grinding wheel spindle,the thermal dynamic characteristics of the grinding wheel spindle were analyzed.The grinding wheel spindle of HFC-1808T high speed precision centerless grinder produced by a machinery factory in Guizhou is taken as the research object.The three-dimensional modeling of the grinding wheel spindle is carried out by Solidworks.The steady temperature field of the grinding wheel spindle at 1500 r/min is simulated by ANSYS Workbench.Then,the thermal state and dynamic characteristics of the grinding wheel spindle were analyzed under the thermal-mechanical coupling effect,and the thermal deformation,first six order natural frequency,mode mode and critical speed of the grinding wheel spindle were obtained.The weak position of the grinding wheel spindle was found,which provided a theoretical basis for the optimization of the grinding wheel spindle.
