摘 要:为了实现废旧重型装备表面损伤检测与再制造循环利用,以大型冶金轴件进行表面清洗与修复为例,考虑到其自重大、表面特征复杂、传统清洗方法耗时耗力等特点,提出了一种基于机器视觉的废旧重型冶金装备表面无损激光清洗与主动柔性控制的智能化再制造装备的研发方案。通过循环利用现有的废旧机床及零部件,完成了清洗装备的各项功能结构单位的专项设计,降低了研发设计成本,实现了激光清洗时的检测、判定与传动的联合控制,对推进废旧装备再制造循环利用的发展具有重要意义。In order to realize the surface damage detection and remanufacturing recycling of waste heavy equipment,this paper takes the surface cleaning and repair of large metallurgical shaft parts as an example,through considering that large metallurgical shaft parts have the characteristics of self-weight,complex surface feature,and time-consuming and labor-consuming traditional cleaning methods,so the paper proposes a research and development plan for intelligent remanufacturing equipment based on machine vision which can realize non-destructive laser cleaning and active flexible control of the surface of waste heavy metallurgical equipment.For the purpose of reducing the r&D costs,the specific design of the functional structure units of the laser cleaning equipment has been carried out by reusing the existing waste machine tools and parts,it achieves the joint control of detection,judgment and transmission during laser cleaning,which is of great significance to promote the development of remanufacturing and recycling of waste equipment.
