摘 要:在对硒化镉(CdSe)表面修饰过程中成功地合成了另一种单分散的硫化锌镉(Cd_(x)Zn_(1-x)S)量子点(quantum dots,QDs)。通过改变锌/镉(Cd/Zn)的摩尔比,使QDs同时具有红色和蓝色的荧光峰。论文讨论了不同的合成条件对红蓝光QDs形成和荧光效率的影响。制备具有双荧光峰QDs的方法简单、廉价等优点,有利于在商用植物照明发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)器件中的应用。Monodisperse Cd_(x)Zn_(1-x)S quantum dots(QDs) was successfully synthesized during the surface passivation of CdSe QDs. Two fluorescence peaks in both red and blue color region were obtained from the prepared QDs. The peak wavelengths of these QDs were changed by altering the molar ratio of Cd/Zn precursor. The effects of preparation conditions on the formation of red-blue QDs and its photoluminescence efficiency were discussed. The method for preparing red-blue emitting QDs is quite simple and inexpensive which may have valuable application on commercial light-emitting diode(LED) devices for plant lighting.
