摘  要:针对活塞缸自身结构特点对测量器具的限制,提出了三坐标测量机测量活塞缸内径的方法。以名义内径为19 mm、45 mm、140 mm的活塞缸为例,对活塞缸的内径、外径和厚度进行测量,比较不同方法测量得到的活塞缸内径的差异,验证了三坐标测量机测量活塞缸内径的可靠性。此外,分析了活塞缸的形状特征对其内径测量不确定度的影响,得到活塞缸内径测量结果分别为18.999 mm、44.983 mm、139.975 mm,测量相对不确定度分别为0.016%、0.015%、0.010%。Due to the limit of the structural characteristics of piston cylinder for the measuring instrument,a measuring method for the inner diameter of the piston cylinder with three coordinate measuring machine was proposed.Taking the piston cylinders with nominal inner diameters of 19 mm,45 mm,and 140 mm as examples,the measurements for the inner diameter,external diameter and thickness of the piston cylinder were carried out. The difference of the inner diameter of the piston cylinder obtained with different measurement methods was analyzed and compared,and the reliability of the three coordinate measuring machine for measuring the inner diameter of the piston cylinder was verified. In addition,the influence of the shape characteristics of the piston cylinder on the uncertainty of its inner diameter measurement was analyzed. The measurement results of the inner diameter of the piston cylinder is 18. 999 mm,44. 983 mm,139. 975 mm respectively,and the relative measurement uncertainty is 0. 016. %,0. 015%,0. 010%.
