摘  要:特殊医学用途配方食品是部分人群摄取营养的唯一来源,其中生物素的准确定量具有重要的意义。采用GB 5009.259—2016中规定的微生物法进行生物素含量测定,并评定了标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,测定结果生物素含量为(27.16±1.15)μg/100 g,p=95%,k=2。分析了各个分量对不确定度的贡献,结果表明:实验重复性为主要影响因素,为微生物法测定生物素的关键控制点。The formula food for special medical use is the only source of nutrition for some people,and the accurate quantification of biotin is of great significance. The microbiological method specified in GB 5009. 259—2016 was used to determine the content of biotin. The standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of biotin were evaluated. The results showed that the content of biotin was( 27. 16 ± 1. 15) μg/100 g,p = 95%,k = 2. The contribution of each component to the uncertainty was analyzed. The results showed that the experimental repeatability was the main influencing factor and the key control point for the determination of biotin by microbiological method.
