宽胸气雾剂联合西药治疗冠心病合并早期心功能不全的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察宽胸气雾剂联合西药治疗冠心病合并早期心功能不全病人的临床疗效。方法将60例确诊为冠心病合并早期心功能不全[纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅱ级]的病人随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予宽胸气雾剂治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医症状积分、6 min步行距离、血脑钠肽(BNP)水平及心电图的变化。结果观察组临床总有效率明显优于对照组(83.33%与70.00%,P<0.05),且在改善中医症状积分、BNP水平、6 min步行距离方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宽胸气雾剂联合常规西药治疗可明显提高冠心病合并早期心功能不全病人的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kuanxiong Aerosol combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with early cardiac insufficiency.Methods Sixty patients with early cardiac insufficiency of CHD(New York Heart Association classⅡ)were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine alone,while the patients in observation group were treated with Kuanxiong Aerosol on the basis of western medicine.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,6-minute walking distance,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level,and electrocardiogram were observed before and after treatment.Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(83.33%and 70.00%,P<0.05).The improvement of TCM symptom score,BNP level,and 6-minute walking distance of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuanxiong Aerosol combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of CHD with early cardiac insufficiency.
