摘 要:氰基丙烯酸酯类手印显现技术在犯罪现场潜在手印的寻找发现和显现提取中发挥了十分重要的作用,现已成为国内外各级刑事技术部门显现非渗透性客体表面潜在手印的常用方法之一。本文全面回顾总结了氰基丙烯酸酯类显现手印方法的反应机理、操作方法、适用范围、影响因素以及二次增强方法,以期帮助刑事技术实战部门全面系统认识该方法的优劣性。重点剖析了氰基丙烯酸酯类试剂与荧光技术联用的方法,希望能充分运用荧光技术的高灵敏度等优点,对普通氰基丙烯酸酯类试剂进行荧光添加或改造,提高荧光强度和拓宽荧光光谱的范围。在此基础上,本文进一步阐述了氰基丙烯酸酯类试剂+荧光染色两步显现技术、共同熏显技术以及一步熏显技术等方法在实际工作中的应用效果和前景,以期为公安实战提供参考。The cyanoacrylate fingermark development technology played a very good role in the search,discovery,development and extraction of potential fingermarks at crime scenes.It has become one of the common methods used by criminal technology departments at all levels at home and abroad to develop potential fingermarks on the surface of non-porous objects.A comprehensive review and summary of the reaction mechanism,operating methods,scope of application,influencing factors,and enhancement methods of the cyanoacrylate fingermark development method could help forensic science departments comprehensively and systematically understand the advantages and disadvantages of the method.Focus on the in-depth analysis of the combination of cyanoacrylate reagents and fluorescence technology,hoping to make full use of the advantages of fluorescence technology,such as high sensitivity,to add or modify the fluorescence of ordinary cyanoacrylate reagents to increase the fluorescence intensity and broaden the range of the fluorescence spectrum.And further clarified the application effects and prospects of cyanoacrylate reagents with fluorescent dyeing two-step developing technology,joint fuming technology and one-step fuming technology in practical work,in order to provide reference for actual public security.
