摘  要:本文采用一步水热法制备了聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)-石墨烯(Gr)纳米复合材料。利用场发射透射电镜技术和红外光谱对其形貌及结构进行表征。基于此材料,设计制备了化学修饰电极(PDDA-Gr/GCE),应用于虎杖苷的伏安分析。相较于玻碳电极(GCE)和石墨烯修饰电极(Gr/GCE),PDDA-Gr/GCE对于虎杖苷具有更好的响应。虎杖苷在该传感器表面发生了受吸附控制的氧化反应。优化条件下,建立了灵敏的虎杖苷测定方法。线性范围为2.0×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)~5.0×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1),检出限为8.0×10_(-9) mol·L^(-1)。所设计的方法用于实际样品中虎杖苷的含量检测,表现出了高的准确性及良好的选择性。In this paper,one-step hydrothermal method was used to prepare poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)(PDDA)-graphene(Gr)nanocomposites.The morphology and structure of PDDA-Gr were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)technology and Fourier transform-infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy.Based on the material,a chemically modified electrode(PDDA-Gr/GCE)was designed and prepared,which was applied to the voltammetric analysis of polydatin.Relative to GCE and Gr/GCE,PDDA-Gr/GCE exhibited a larger voltammetric response signal for polydatin.On the sensor surface,polydatin undergone an oxidation reaction controlled by adsorption.Under optimized conditions,a sensitive analytical method for polydatin was established with a linear range from 2.0×10^(-8) to 5.0×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1) and a detection limit 8.0×10^(-9) mol·L^(-1).Finally,the designed method was applied to the analysis of real-life sample with high accuracy and good selectivity.
