摘  要:铸造起重机是炼钢厂的关键设备,由于其用于连续作业的炼钢厂且吊运液态金属,对其安全性、可靠性、易维护性要求很高。近年来,国家对安全生产越来越重视,国家标准和铸造起重机的型式也一直围绕着安全性、可靠性、易维护性3方面进行修改和设计,特别是主起升机构的安全性。但往往安全性、可靠性与易维护性又是一对矛盾的对立体。文中描述的平行轴式双减速器主起升机构有效地解决了这一矛盾。Casting crane is a key equipment in steel mills.Due to continuous operation and lifting of liquid metal,its requirements on safety,reliability and maintainability are very high.In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to safety in production,and the national standards and types of casting cranes have been revised and designed around safety,reliability and maintainability,especially the safety of the main hoisting mechanism.But usually,safety,reliability and maintainability are contradictory.The parallel shaft double reducer main hoisting mechanism described in this paper effectively solves this problem.
