摘　　要：浮选精煤脱水一直是选煤厂进行质量管理和控制的难点。浮选精煤中含有大量的捕收剂和起泡剂,导致浮选精煤难消泡和难压滤脱水,直接影响产品的灰分和产率,对成本影响也比较大。李村选煤厂生产优质动力煤、喷吹煤及化工用煤,具有良好的经济效益、社会效益及环境效益。Dewatering of flotation clean coal has always been the difficulty of quality management and control in coal preparation plants.Because there are a lot of collectors and frother in flotation clean coal,it is difficult for flotation clean coal to defoaming and pressure filtration dehydration,which directly affects the ash content and yield of the product and has a great impact on the cost.Licun Coal Preparation Plant produces steam coal,injection coal and chemical coal of high quality,which has good econo-mic,social and environmental benefits.
