摘 要:针对9#薄煤层工作面劳动强度大、设备操作困难等问题,应用了薄煤层综采工作面智能化控制系统,并在现场进行了工业性试验。对薄煤层综采工作面智能化控制系统在煤矿的应用进行了探讨,并对其工业性试验进行了分析。试验结果表明:工作面采用智能化开采后,三八制每班可回采5刀左右,工作效率提升25%;工作面仅保留2名巡视人员和2名远程操作人员,有效降低了工人劳动强度,提升了现场工作效率。Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and difficult equipment operation in the working face of 9#thin coal seam,the intelligent control technology for fully mechanized working face of thin coal seam was applied,and the industrial test was carried out on site.This paper discussed the application of the intelligent control system for fully mechanized coal mining face of thin coal seam in coal mines,and analyzed its industrial test.The test results show that after adopting the intelligent mining in the working face,about 5 cutters can be recovered per shift under three-eight system,and the working efficiency is increased by 25%;two inspe-ctors and two remote operators are reserved in the working face,which effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the on-site work efficiency.
