针灸联合微创埋线治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者的效果及对血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合微创埋线治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)患者的效果及对血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2020年9月于笔者所在医院就诊的椎动脉型颈椎病患者86例,以随机数字表法分为对照组43例和观察组43例。对照组予针灸配合红外线烤灯治疗,观察组针灸联合微创埋线治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者临床疗效,动脉血流动力学指标、颈性眩晕评估量表(ESCV)及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为88.37%,高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组基底动脉、双侧椎动脉Vm高于对照组,PI均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者ESCV评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸联合微创埋线治疗能有效改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者临床症状及血流动力学影响,减轻患者眩晕、头痛等临床症状,且无特殊不良反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with minimally invasive catgut embedding in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA)and its influence on hemodynamics.Method:A total of 86 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases).The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with infrared baking lamp,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy.The clinical efficacy,arterial hemodynamic indexes,cervical vertigo assessment scale(ESCV)and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.37%,which was higher than 76.74% of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,Vm of basilar artery and bilateral vertebral artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,PI were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,ESCV score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy can improve the curative effect.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and hemodynamics of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,reduce the clinical symptoms of vertigo and headache,and has no special adverse reactions.
