摘 要:目的:探讨家属参与健康教育模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2019年2月-2021年2月收治的110例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予传统健康教育干预,观察组给予家属参与健康教育模式。比较两组干预前后血糖水平、疾病知识掌握程度、依从性、血糖控制满意度及母婴并发症。结果:干预后两组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组疾病知识掌握度评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总依从性、血糖控制满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组母婴并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属参与健康教育模式可有效改善妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平,提高疾病知识掌握程度,提高患者依从性和血糖控制满意度,并降低母婴并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of family members’participation health education mode in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 110 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received traditional health education intervention,and the observation group was given family members’participation health education mode.The blood glucose level,mastery degree of disease knowledge,compliance,satisfaction with blood glucose control and maternal and infant complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the disease knowledge mastery degree score of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance and blood glucose control satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family members’participation health education mode can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve the mastery degree of disease knowledge,improve patient compliance and blood glucose control satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications.
