摘 要:【目的】筛选适宜望谟地区生产的芒果品种,为该地区适栽优良品种提供参考。【方法】从物候期、生长特性、果实产量和品质等方面比较金凤凰、金煌芒、台农1号3个芒果品种在望谟县的适应性。【结果】金凤凰、金煌芒的生长物候期较晚,有效避开了低温倒春寒的影响,果实成熟期在7月上旬至8月中下旬,能错过广西、云南、四川芒果产区上市时间,实现种植效益最大化;定植4年金煌芒的株高与茎粗生长量均大于金凤凰和台农1号;金煌芒果实纵径和果实单果重最大,分别为19.63 cm和712.83 g,金凤凰的果实横径最大为10.63 cm;金煌芒的可食率最大为84.77%,总酸含量最高为3.76 g/kg;台农1号的可溶性固形物含量、总糖量、维生素C含量和纤维含量均最高,分别为19.24%、15.81%、27.32 mg/100g和0.6%。【结论】金凤凰和金煌芒的综合评价结果为优,适宜在望谟县推广应用。【Objective】The study aims to screen the mango varieties suitable for the production in Wangmo area and to provide a reference for the selection of excellent varieties suitable for cultivation in local area.【Method】The adaptability three mango varieties(Jinfenghuang,Jinhuangmang and Tainong 1)are compared in Wangmo County from the aspects of phenological period,growth characteristics,fruit yield and quality.【Result】The growth phenological periods of Jingfenghuang and Jinhuangmang are relatively late,which effectively avoid the influence of low temperature and late spring coldness.The fruit is matured from early July to mid-late August,and missed the listing time of mango producing areas in Guangxi,Yunnan and Sichuan,which can maximize the planting benefit.The plant height and stem diameter growth of Jinhuangmang planted for 4 years is greater than those of Jinfenghuang and Tainong 1.The longitudinal diameter and the heaviest single fruit weight of Jinhuangmang is 19.63 cm and 712.83 g respectively.The largest transverse diameter of Jinfenghuang is 10.63 cm.The edible rate and the total acid content of Jinhuangmang are the highest,which are 84.77%and 3.76 g/kg.The soluble solid content,total sugar content,vitamin C content and fiber content of Tainong 1 are the highest,which are 19.24%,15.81%,27.32 mg/100g and 0.6%respectively.【Conclusion】The mango varieties Jinfenghuang and Jinhuangmang have the excellent comprehensive evaluation results,which are suitable for the popularization and cultivation in Wangmo area.
