摘  要:C2-C4的轻质烯烃是石油化学工业的主要原料之一,传统生产路线主要是通过蒸汽裂解得到,随着世界原油重劣质化的发展趋势以及市场旺盛的产品需求,催化裂解多产低碳烯烃技术成为重要的发展方向,近年来也得到了快速的发展。本文从反应器设计、操作条件优化、选择性催化剂开发以及技术指标四个方面对国内外技术的发展进行了介绍,侧重于反应器研发的FDFCC以及国外MAXOFIN工艺,采用了双提升管反应器系统,日本HS-FCC工艺完成了下行式进料反应器的开发,PetroFCC工艺通过待生剂再循环首次将剂油比提高至15-30,DCC-I操作条件更为苛刻,美国SCC工艺采用了轻质油品回炼的理念,实现丙烯富产。此外,预提升技术、高效雾化喷嘴、气固快分技术以及新型催化剂的开发也是近些年技术研发的重点。C2-C4 light olefins are one of the main raw materials in the petrochemical industry.The traditional production route is mainly obtained by steam cracking.With the development of the world′s crude oil quality and the demand of the market,the catalytic cracking is prolific.Low-carbon olefin technology has become an important development direction and has been rapidly developed in recent years.The development of domestic and foreign technologies was introduced from four aspects:reactor design,optimization of operating conditions,selective catalyst development and comparison of technical indicators.The focus was on FDFCC for reactor development and foreign maxofin process,double riser reactor system was used,Japan HS-FCC process completed the development of the down feed reactor,PetroFCC process increased the ratio of the agent to oil to 15-30 for the first time through the regeneration of the agent,DCC-I operating conditions were more demanding,US SCC process adopted the concept of light oil refining and the realization of propylene production.In addition,the development of pre-lifting technology,high-efficiency atomizing nozzles,gas-solid fast-distribution technology and new catalysts were also the focus of technology research and development in recent years.
