摘 要:以苯并咪唑和乙酸钴为原料,乙醇为溶剂在常温常压下采用搅拌法合成了具有电化学活性的沸石咪唑框架-9 (ZIF-9)。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TGA)和X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)对产物进行了表征。经过预处理后用其来修饰玻碳电极,在最优的实验条件下对不同浓度的生物小分子溶液进行电化学分析。结果表明,ZIF-9作为电极修饰材料对L-色氨酸和尿酸有良好的电化学响应,尿酸和L-色氨酸在ZIF-9修饰电极上氧化峰电位相差443 mV,实现了尿酸和L-色氨酸的选择性测定。Zeolitic imidazolate framework-9(ZIF-9)was synthesized based on benzimidazole and cobalt tetraacetic acid as raw material with ethanol as solvent via mixing method at normal temperature and pressures.The product was characterized by FT-IR,TGA and SEM.Dispersed ZIF-9 mixed with gelatin solution and modified glassy carbon electrode after pretreatment.The cyclic voltammetry characteristic curves of small biological molecule solutions of different concentrations were analyzed under optimal experimental conditions.The results showed that ZIF-9 as an electrode modification material had good electrochemical response to L-tryptophan and uric acid.The difference of oxidation peak potential between uric acid and L-tryptophan on ZIF-9 modified electrode was 443mV and the selective determination of uric acid and l-tryptophan was realized.
