摘 要:采用Fenton氧化技术对某实际纺丝油剂废水进行预处理,研究了溶液初始pH、反应时间和药剂投加比例对COD去除率和B/C的影响。试验结果表明:在溶液初始pH为3.0,H_(2)O_(2):COD质量比为0.75:1,Fe~(2+):H_(2)O_(2)质量比为0.3:1,反应时间为120 min时,Fenton氧化可有效氧化分解纺丝油剂废水中的难生物降解有机污染物,COD去除率达到43.33%,B/C从原水的0.15提升到0.32,出水无色透明,无明显气味。因此,Fenton氧化技术可适用于纺丝油剂废水生化处理的预处理工艺。Fenton oxidation was employed to pretreat chemical fiber spinning oil wastewater,and the influence of initial solution pH,reaction time and dosage ratio on COD removal and B/C ratio were also examined.The results demonstrated that when the initial solution pH was 3,H_(2)O_(2):COD ratio was 0.75:1,Fe^(2+):H_(2)O_(2)ratio was 0.3:1 and reaction time was 120 min,Fenton oxidation could oxidize refractory organic pollutants present in the wastewater with 43.33%of COD removal and B/C ratio increased from 0.15 to 0.32.Moreover,the effluent was clear,without any obvious odor.Above all,Fenton oxidation was suitable to pretreat the chemical fiber spinning oil wastewater before biological treatment.
