摘  要:采用纯水提取土壤中灭多威和灭多威肟,建立液相色谱法测定土壤中灭多威和灭多威肟的分析方法。将土壤样品加水后,经震荡提取,过滤膜后,通过液相色谱进行分析。色谱柱为ODS C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈和超纯水,利用二极管阵列检测器在232 nm进行检测。在15 min中完成液相色谱分析,标准曲线在5~1000μg/L有良好线性关系,方法RSD在2.4%~7.5%,回收率在92.3%~96.7%。该方法准确、快速,适用于批量土壤中灭多威和灭多威肟的测定。A method for analyzing methomyl and methomyl oxime by water extraction-HPLC method was established.The dried soil sample was added by water and extracted by horizontal vibration method,filtered through 0.22μm microporous filter and analyzed by HPLC.The target compound was separated on ODC C_(18) column,using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,and detected by a diode array detector in wavelength of 232 nm.HPLC analysis was completed in 15 min the standard curve had good linearity in range of 5μg/L to 1000μg/L,the relative standard deviations were 2.4%~7.5%and the average spike recoveries were 92.3%~96.7%.Result showed that the method was accurate and rapid,and was suitable for quantitative analysis of large amount of soil samples of methomyl and methomyl oxime.
