摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱-质谱法同时测定养殖鱼肌肉中8种激素残留的方法,样品经乙腈提取,经浓缩和定容后,以5 mmol乙酸铵水溶液、乙腈为流动相,多反应监测模式进行测定。采用正、负离子切换同时测定了8种激素。结果表明,目标化合物在10~100μg/kg加标水平范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r^(2))均大于0.99,方法的检出定量限为0.9~1.5μg/kg。该方法准确、快速、可靠,适用于养殖鱼肌肉中多种激素的快速定性筛查和定量分析。A method for simultaneous determination of 8 hormone residues in Farmed fishmuscle was established.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile.After concentration and constant volume,5 mmol aqueous ammonium acetate solution and acetonitrile were used as mobile phases,and the multi-reaction monitoring mode was used for determination.Simultaneous and negative ion switching was used to simultaneously measure 8 hormones.The results showed that the linear relationship of the target compound was good,and the correlation coefficient(r ^(2))was greater than 0.99.The limit of quantitation of the method was 0.9~1.5μg/kg.The method is accurate,rapid and reliable,and is suitable for rapid qualitative screening and quantitative analysis of various hormones in Farmed fishmuscle.
