从“卫出下焦”探讨补肾固卫在产后风湿中的应用

摘　　要：产后风湿是中医治疗优势病,依据“卫出下焦”经典理论,论证卫气与产后风湿之间关系,提出并分析补肾固卫治法,临床治疗产后风湿应结合补肾固卫之法。Postpartum rheumatism can be more eff ectively treated with the traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the classic theory of“the defensive qi originating from the lower jiao”,this article expounds on the relationship between the defensive qi and postpartum rheumatism,putting forward and exploring its treatment method by tonifying the kidney and consolidating the defensive qi.It is believed that postpartum rheumatism should be clinically treated by combining the method of tonifying kidney and consolidating the defensive qi.
