摘　　要：功能性消化不良发病机制复杂,在治疗上以对症治疗为主。魏玮认为在疾病的发生发展过程中,虚为发病之根本,郁为致病之关键,瘀、滞为重要影响因素,从“虚、郁、瘀、滞”立论,临床有确切疗效。As the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia(FD)is complex,its treatment is mainly a symptomatic one.In the process of the disease occurrence and development,Professor Wei Wei believes that deficiency is its root cause,while depression is the key factor,and blood stasis and stagnation are the important infl uencing factors.Given the complexity of the disease,it is believed to be eff ective to treat the disease by referring to the syndromes of defi ciency,depression,blood stasis and stagnation.
