芪黄降浊颗粒治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝

摘　　要：目的观察芪黄降浊颗粒治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法选取2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者60例,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用芪黄降浊颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、血脂、空腹和餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平、肝功能变化情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组总有效率、血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白以及谷氨酰转肽酶的改善程度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后总胆固醇、天门氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转移酶及2组间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论芪黄降浊颗粒治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝疗效显著,能降低患者血糖、血脂及肝功能水平。Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy of Qihuang Jiangzhuo Granules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods A total of sixty patients with type 2 diabetes combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qihuang Jiangzhuo Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical effi cacy,levels of blood lipids,fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and liver function were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total eff ective rate,blood sugar level,glycosylated hemoglobin level,triacylglycerol,low-density lipoprotein and glutamyl transpeptidase of the observation group were all improved signifi cantly(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in total cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase and alanine transferase before and after treatment and between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qihuang Jiangzhuo Granules is eff ective in treating type 2 diabetes combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver,which can reduce the level of blood glucose,blood lipids and improve patients’liver function.
