瞿麦的临床应用及其量效探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出瞿麦具有以下特点:临床汤剂用量范围为3.7~60 g,汤剂常用量为10~30 g,丸散剂用量为0.076~1.035 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如利尿通淋治疗泌尿系疾病(泌尿系感染、小儿尿频等)和肾系疾病(糖尿病肾病、痛风性肾病、肾结石、肾囊肿、肾盂肾炎等),常用汤剂剂量为3.7~60 g(丸散剂为0.076~1.035 g);清热解毒,利水消癥治疗妇科疾病(卵巢癌、卵巢囊肿、闭经)和男科疾病(前列腺肥大、勃起功能障碍),常用量为10~30 g;渗泄行水治疗肝胆系疾病(肝硬化腹水),常用量为10~20 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如利尿通淋常配伍车前子、萹蓄、木通、石韦等;清热解毒,利水消癥常配伍茯苓、猫爪草、车前子等;渗泄行水常配伍茯苓、滑石、茵陈等。Based on the collection of clinical experience of ancient medical books and of modern physicians,it is concluded that lilac pink herb has the following characteristics:Its clinical dosage range in decoction is 3.7-60g,while the common dosage in decoction is 10-30 g,and the dosage in pills or powders is 0.076-1.035 g.The best dosage of lilac pink herb is determined according to the varying diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,for promoting diuresis and freeing strangury in the treatment of urinary system diseases(urinary tract infection,frequent urination in children,etc.)and nephrotic diseases(diabetic nephropathy,gouty nephropathy,kidney stones,renal cysts,pyelonephritis,etc.),the commonly used dosage in decoction is 3.7-60 g(in pills or powders 0.076-1.035 g).For clearing heat and removing toxicity,promoting urination and resolving masses to treat gynecological diseases(ovarian cancer,ovarian cysts,amenorrhea)and andrological diseases(prostate hypertrophy,erectile dysfunction),its usual dosage is 10-30 g.For promoting urination and percolating dampness to treat hepatobiliary diseases(ascites due to cirrhosis),its common dosage is 10-20 g.According to the diff erent diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,lilac pink herb is compatible with corresponding Chinese medicines.For example,for promoting diuresis and freeing strangury it is often combined with plantain seed,Polygonum aviculare,akebia stem,shearer’s pyrrosia leaf,etc.For clearing heat and removing toxicity,promoting urination and resolving masses,it is often combined with Indian bread,catclaw buttercup root,plantain seed,etc.For promoting urination and percolating dampness it is often combined with Indian bread,talc,virgate wormwood herb and so on.
