摘 要:以往的压力钢管设计由于电站发电机组装机容量较小,压力钢管的直径较小施工容易,一般的机械设备即可满足施工要求,但是随着社会的发展,水电站机组装机装机容量越来越大,引水压力钢管的直径也越来越大,直径的增大意味着母材板厚增加,压力钢管的施工技术难度增大,因此对大型压力钢管的施工技术进行研究总结,可以有效的解决机组装机容量增大后带来的压力钢管施工难题。In the past,the penstock design was easy to construct due to the small capacity of the generator assembly unit and the small diameter of the penstock.However,with the development of society,the installed capacity of the hydropower unit becomes larger and larger,and the diameter of the diversion penstock becomes larger and larger.The increase of diameter means that the thickness of base plate increases and the construction technology of penstock becomes more difficult.Therefore,the construction technology of large penstock is studied and summarized in this paper,which can effectively solve the construction problem of penstock caused by the increase of installed capacity of unit.
