老挝南公1水电站项目海外党建“联创联建”工作实践

摘　　要：老挝南公1水电站项目是由中国水利电力对外有限公司与老挝电力公司合作开发的重点项目,该项目积极响应国家“一带一路”政策,联合参建各方大力开展党建“联创联建”工作,坚持将党建与中心工作相融合。为进一步整合项目党建资源力量,优化党建工作机制,夯实党建工作基础,提高党建工作水平,以党建工作为纽带,围绕和融入“创建精品工程、美丽工程”的目标,保障和促进项目建设有序高效推进。Nam 1 Hydropower Station Project in Laos is a key project developed by China International Water&Electric Corp.in cooperation with Laos Electric Power Company.The project responds positively to the national policy of“One Belt,One Road”,and all parties involved in the project vigorously carry out the work of“Joint Creation and Joint Construction”,insisting on the integration of Party construction and central work.In order to further integrate the resources of Party building in the project,it is important to optimize the working mechanism of Party building,consolidate the working foundation of Party building,improve the working level of Party building,take Party building as a link and integrate the goal of“creating excellent and beautiful projects”,so as to guarantee and promote orderly and efficient progress of project construction.
