摘　　要：肾脏是组成泌尿系统的重要器官之一,许多临床疾病都会引起肾损伤,故早期诊断和治疗非常重要。传统的实验室或影像学检查方法难以满足多元化的临床需求。单光子发射计算机体层摄影(single photon emission computed tomography,SPECT)能为临床提供分肾功能、肾实质功能、上尿路引流等方面的信息,弥补了传统检查方法的不足。在多种泌尿外科疾病评价中具有重要的临床应用价值。本文对SPECT肾动态显像在泌尿外科疾病中的应用进行综述。Kidney is one of the important organs of urinary system.Many clinical diseases can cause kidney injury,so early diagnosis and treatment are very important.Traditional biochemical or imaging methods are difficult to meet the diversified clinical needs.SPECT renal dynamic imaging can provide clinical information of renal blood supply,renal parenchymal function,upper urinary tract drainage and so on,which makes up for the deficiency of traditional examination methods.It has important clinical application value in the evaluation of a variety of urological diseases.This paper reviews the application of SPECT renal dynamic imaging in the evaluation of urological diseases.
