多排螺旋CT血管成像在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨多排螺旋CT血管成像在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用。方法:选取2018年4月—2020年4月我院门诊接收的120例主动脉夹层患者,按随机数字法分为螺旋CT组和普通CT组,各60例,普通CT组采用普通CT检查,螺旋CT组采用64排螺旋CT血管成像检查,对比两组检查准确率。结果:螺旋CT组检查准确率远远高于普通CT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多排螺旋CT血管成像在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用效果非常好,并且随着探测器数目的不断增多,扫描的速度也不断提升,使得患者在接受诊断后能得到更为准确的结果,值得在临床治疗上大范围推广。Objective To study the application and new progress of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods 120 patients with aortic dissection admitted to our outpatient department from April 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into spiral CT group and ordinary CT group,with 60 patients in each group.Ordinary CT group was examined by ordinary CT,while the spiral CT group was examined by 64-slice spiral CT angiography.The accuracy of the two groups was compared.Results The accuracy of spiral CT group was much higher than that of ordinary CT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissection is very good,and with the increasing number of detectors,the scanning speed is also increasing,so that patients can get more accurate results after receiving the diagnosis,which is worthy of a wide range of promotion in clinical treatment.
