摘　　要：目的:侵袭性肺曲霉菌病和浸润型肺结核的不同点。方法:回顾性2016年4月—2019年9月我院收治的经病理分析6例经病理证实为侵袭性肺曲菌病起初诊断浸润型肺结核;4例病理证实为浸润型肺结核起初诊断肺真菌的CT图像,总结10例影像的特点。结果:空洞形态和内部含有菌丝、强化方式、周围增殖灶及支气管形态等影像征象可以很好区别侵袭性肺曲霉菌病和浸润型肺结核。结论:把握侵袭性肺曲霉菌和浸润型肺结核影像征象特点结合临床及相关实验室检查更容易诊断。Objective To study the differences between invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and invasive pulmonary tuberculosis when making the differential diagnosis between them.Methods From April 2016 to September 2019,6 patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis were initially diagnosed as invasive pulmonary tuberculosis CT images of 4 patients with invasive pulmonary tuberculosis were confirmed by pathology,and the imaging features of 10 patients were summarized.Results The cavity shape and the image signs such as hyphae,enhancement mode,peripheral proliferative focus and bronchial morphology can well distinguish invasive pulmonary aspergillosis from invasive pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion It is easier to make the differential diagnose between invasive pulmonary aspergillus and invasive pulmonary tuberculosis by their different image features combined with clinical and related laboratory examination.
