银杏叶滴丸联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析并探讨银杏叶滴丸联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取2020年1-12月本院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者100例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。两组均进行常规治疗,在此基础上对照组给予百令胶囊治疗,研究组给予银杏叶滴丸联合百令胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗效果,治疗前后的血糖水平、肾功能指标。结果:研究组总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血糖水平、肾功能指标对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)水平均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组的上述指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗中,银杏叶滴丸联合百令胶囊治疗的效果较好,可有效改善患者的血糖水平、肾功能指标,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical effect of Ginkgo Biloba Drop Pill combined with Bailing Capsule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Method:A total of 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table methods,with 50 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with Bailing Capsule,the study group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Drop Pill combined with Bailing Capsule.The treatment effect,blood glucose level,renal function indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood glucose level and renal function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum blood creatinine(Scr)and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR)in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy,Ginkgo Biloba Drop Pill combined with Bailing Capsule has good effect,which can effectively improve the blood glucose level,renal function indexes,and has high clinical application value.
