综合性护理在宫腔镜联合超声治疗宫角妊娠术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究综合性护理在宫腔镜联合超声治疗宫角妊娠术后的应用效果。方法:选择阳江市妇幼保健院妇科2018年6月-2020年5月收治的宫角妊娠患者86例,采用抽签法分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=43),对照组开展常规术后护理措施,观察组开展术后综合性护理,比较两组术后心理状态、并发症发生情况、住院时间及护理满意度。结果:观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在宫角妊娠患者宫腔镜联合超声治疗术后应用,与常规干预比较,可改善患者术后心理状态,降低并发症发生率与缩短住院时间,患者满意度高,值得应用与推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with cornual pregnancy after hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound.Method:A total of 86 patients with angular pregnancy admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)by lottery method.The control group carried out routine postoperative nursing measures,and the observation group carried out postoperative comprehensive nursing.The postoperative psychological status,complications,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative complications rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional intervention,comprehensive nursing in patients with cornual pregnancy after hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound can improve the psychological state of patients after operation,reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the length of hospital stay,with high patient satisfaction and worthy of application and promotion.
