围手术期全面护理在乳腺癌术后乳房再造患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究乳腺癌术后乳房再造围手术期全面护理措施及其应用效果。方法:从2018年1月-2020年12月在本院肿瘤外科接受乳腺癌术后乳房再造术治疗的患者中选取84例作为研究对象,并用红蓝球抽签法分成对照组(42例,围手术期常规护理)与观察组(42例,围手术期全面护理)。观察比较两组心理健康情况、生活质量、护理风险发生情况及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑与抑郁评分[(33.39±8.05)、(32.47±7.06)分]低于对照组[(41.14±8.28)、(40.28±7.74)分];生活质量评分[(91.14±5.25)分]高于对照组[(84.48±8.33)分];护理风险发生率(2.38%)低于对照组(21.43%);护理满意度(95.24%)高于对照组(78.57%);上述观察指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为乳腺癌术后乳房再造患者行围手术期全面护理干预,可有效改善患者心理健康状况与生活质量,降低护理风险发生率,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To explore the perioperative comprehensive nursing measures and application effect of breast reconstruction after breast cancer.Method:From January 2018 to December 2020,a total of 84 patients who received breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery in the tumor surgery department of our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group(42 cases,perioperative routine care)and observation group(42 cases,perioperative comprehensive care)by red blue ball lottery.Mental health,quality of life,nursing risk and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group[(33.39±8.05),(32.47±7.06)points]were lower than those in the control group[(41.14±8.28),(40.28±7.74)points];the scores of quality of life[(91.14±5.25)points]was higher than that in the control group[(84.48±8.33)points];the incidence of nursing risk(2.38%)was lower than 21.43%in the control group;the nursing satisfaction(95.24%)was higher than 78.57%in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for breast reconstruction patients after breast cancer surgery can effectively improve the mental health status and quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of nursing risk,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
