生物反馈联合电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨生物反馈联合电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2020年1-11月收治的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者84例,采用随机数字法将其分成两组,每组42例。对照组采用凯格尔运动法联合阴道哑铃治疗,研究组应用生物反馈联合电刺激治疗。比较两组盆底肌力、性功能及生活质量。结果:研究组盆底肌力Ⅴ级比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组性功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈联合电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果显著,可有效增强患者的盆底肌力,改善患者性功能,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Method:A total of 84 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted in our hospital from January to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kegel exercise combined with vaginal dumbbell,and the study group was treated with biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation.The pelvic floor muscle strength,sexual function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The proportion of pelvic floor muscle strength grade V in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sexual function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation has a significant effect on the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,which can effectively enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength,improve the sexual function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,so it is worth promoting.
