耳穴疗法联合中医特色饮食指导对混合痔患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴疗法联合中医特色饮食指导在混合痔患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年10月本院混合痔患者112例,依据随机数字表法分为研究组(n=56)及对照组(n=56)。对照组采取常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上采取耳穴疗法联合中医特色饮食指导。统计两组干预前及干预1、3、5、7 d后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,创面愈合时间、水肿消退时间、住院时间、干预前后抑郁及焦虑评分(HAMD、HAMA)。结果:干预1、3、5、7 d后两组VAS评分较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间、水肿消退时间、住院时间优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组HAMD及HAMA评分较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合采取耳穴疗法及中医特色饮食指导对混合痔患者实施干预,可有效减轻术后疼痛程度,缓解抑郁及焦虑程度,缩短创面愈合及水肿消退时间,促使患者及早康复出院。Objective:To explore the application effect of auricular acupoint therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diet guidance in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Method:A total of 112 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into study group(n=56)and control group(n=56)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with auricular acupoint therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diet guidance based on the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before intervention and after 1,3,5 and 7 d of intervention,wound healing time,edema resolution time,length of hospital stay,depression and anxiety scores(HAMD and HAMA)before intervention and after intervention were counted in two groups.Result:After 1,3,5 and 7 d of intervention,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time,edema resolution time and hospitalization time of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of auricular acupoint therapy and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diet guidance can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain,relieve the degree of depression and anxiety,shorten the time of wound healing and edema resolution,and promote the early recovery and discharge of patients.
