摘  要:为明确温度、碳源、氮源对竹黄菌丝体生长的影响,通过设计5个温度处理、5种碳源、5种有机氮源及4种无机氮源,试验比较不同培养条件下竹黄菌丝体萌发、菌落特征、菌丝长势及颜色等特征差异。结果:菌丝体培养的最适温度为25℃,最佳碳源为淀粉和乳糖,最佳氮源为蛋白胨。In order to clarify the effects of temperature,carbon and nitrogen source on mycelium characteristics of Shiraia bambusicola,5 temperature,5 carbon sources,5 organic nitrogen sources and 4 inorganic nitrogen sources treatments were designed to compare the effects of different culture conditions on mycelium growth,colony characteristics,mycelium growth,color and other characteristics.The results showed thatthe optimum temperature was 25℃,the best carbon source was lactose and the best nitrogen source was peptone for mycelium culture.
