摘　　要：近两年,随着上海外高桥发电有限责任公司机组启停次数的增多,燃油消耗量增速明显,作为启停阶段成本占比较大的燃油,节能潜力巨大。从管理创新入手,建立了优化管理流程,提出了燃油安全性实验方案并进行了论证。通过优化运行方式,实现了节能降耗。In the past two years,with the increase of the number of unit start-stop in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,fuel consumption has increased significantly,and the fuel energy saving potential as the cost of the start-stop phase is relatively large.Starting from management innovation,the company established and optimized the management process,proposed the fuel safety experiment program and carried out demonstration,and realized energy saving and consumption reduction by optimizing the operation mode.
