摘　　要：随着全球信息化技术的蓬勃发展,信息安全保密问题越来越受到人们的普遍关注。如何主动适应信息化发展要求,积极协调国家秘密、商业秘密与内控事项范围关系,构建一个科学严谨的信息安全保密体系成为企业发展道路上的必备课题。基于目前国网浙江省电力有限公司德清县供电公司信息安全建设的实际情况,分析了现阶段信息安全工作重点,从技术和管理两方面着手,总结了县级供电企业如何转变传统管理模式,构建一个科学严谨的信息安全保密体系。With the development of global information technology,The information security and confidentiality has aroused general concern.How to adapt to the requirements of information development,coordinate the relationship between the state secrets,trade secrets and internal matters,and build a scientific information security and confidentiality system becomes a compulsory subject of enterprise development.This paper,based on the information security situation of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.Deqing Power Supply Company,analyzes the key points of information security,from the aspects of technology and management,summarizes how county-level power supply enterprises improve the traditional management model,build a scientific information security and confidentiality system.
