摘 要:为探明松木硫酸盐法制浆过程的副产物塔尔油(tall oil)的抑藻效果,将塔尔油应用于抑制富营养化水体混合藻。用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)助溶塔尔油,分别向150 mL混合藻培养液中加入0.03 mg和0.045 mg的塔尔油,研究塔尔油对模拟富营养化水体中混合藻的抑制效果。结果发现:塔尔油可显著抑制混合藻的生长,抑制率最高可达75%。加入塔尔油后,藻液浊度增加,细胞粒径分布宽度变大,平均粒径直径增大2倍以上。In order to find out the anti-algae effect of tall oil,a by-product of pine kraft pulping,tall oil was ap-plied to the mixed algae in eutrophic water.Inhibition of mixed algae in simulated eutrophic water by adding 300 L of 0.12 mg/L and 0.18 mg/L tall oil into 150 mL mixed algae solution.The results showed that tall oil could significantly inhibit the growth of mixed algae,and the inhibition rate could reach up to 75%.With the addition of tall oil,the turbidity of algal liquor increased,the width of cell size distribution increased,and the average di-ameter increased more than 2 times.The results provide evidence and new ideas for the effectiveness of tall oil in inhibiting algae growth.
