摘　　要：分析了渭北旱腰带地区生态环境和开发利用现状,剖析了该地区生态环境开发利用中存在的问题,在此基础上以黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展规划纲要为指南提出了相应的建议与对策。The author of this paper analyzed the current situation of ecological environment and development and utilization in Weibei arid belt area,the problems existing in the development and utilization of ecological environment in this area,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures based on the outline of ecological protection and high quality development planning of the Yellow River Basin.
