西北地区女性流动人口社会支持状况分析

摘　　要：了解西北地区女性流动人口社会支持状况,为构建女性流动人口相应的社会支持系统提供基础信息。采用肖水源编制的社会支持评定量表(SSRS),采取整群抽样的方法选取2512名女性流动人口进行调查研究。结果发现:西北地区女性流动人口社会支持情况整体偏低;社会支持总分及三个维度在年龄、婚姻状况等人口学变量上存在统计学意义上的显著差异。建议建立流动女性社会保障系统、发挥社区和妇联的职能,以提升女性流动人口的社会支持。To understand the social support status of female migrant population in Northwest China,and to provide basic information for the construction of corresponding social support system for female floating population.Using the social support assessment scale(SSRS)compiled by Xiao Shuiyuan,2512 female migrant population were selected by cluster sampling.The results show that the social support of female floating population in Northwest China is on the low side;that the total score and three dimensions of social support have significant differences in demographic variables such as age and marital status.It is advised to establish a social security system for floating women,give full play to the functions of community and women's Federation,in order to enhance the social support of floating women.
