摘  要:大学生作为特殊的群体,正处在价值观形成的关键期,容易受到外界的不良影响,产生焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,引发人格危机。大学生心理健康教育的课程思政建设将有效地增强教育成果,促进大学生人格健全。因此,重点阐述了思想政治教育和心理健康教育的关系,分析当前我国大学生心理健康教育存在的问题;结合课程思政育人理念,挖掘思想政治教育元素,从明确心理健康教育目标、丰富教学方法、队伍建设三方面提出转变和提升大学生心理健康教育的策略。College students,as a special group,are in the critical period of the formation of values.They are vulnerable to adverse influences from the outside world,resulting in negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and causing personality crisis.The construction of“curriculum ideology and politics”of college students’mental health education could effectively enhance the educational achievements and promote the sound personality of college students.Therefore,this paper focuses on the relationship between ideological and political education and mental health education,and analyzes the problems existing in the current mental health education for college students in China.Moreover,combined with the education concept of“curriculum ideology and politics”,ideological and political elements are excavated,and strategies to transform and improve college students’mental health education are put forward from three aspects:clarifying mental health education objectives,enriching teaching methods and team construction.
